NSG 625 Nursing Leadership Practicum
Students will utilize their curriculum knowledge and experience to design, develop, and implement a project in a professional healthcare setting. Each student will choose a project that examines a significant problem in nursing leadership. The student will work under the guidance of an approved experienced manager, administrator or executive preceptor. They will devise a plan of action and the process to implement that plan to correct this problem. Credit: 6 hours. This course is offered in an online format.
