Course Memo

Fundamentals in Neuroscience considers neuron structure, function, and communication. The course provides a detailed review of the structure and function of the Central and Peripheral Nervous Systems. Independent research and analysis of pathologies of the nervous system most relevant to healthcare across the lifespan will be required in papers and presentations in this course. Prerequisites: Enrollment in a graduate program or permission of the instructor. Credit: 3 hours.
