NSG 505 Leadership Roles and Management Functions: Theory and Application
This course prepares the student to gain an understanding of nursing leadership concepts, roles. and management functions. The student will be introduced to concepts of employee development and labor relations, change management, and internal and external customer service principles. The student will also review concepts on strategic visioning and planning. Credit: 3 hours. This course is offered in an online format.
