Critical Thinking (IHS405)

(01/10/2022-05/06/2022)

Course Memo

Critical thinking is the systematic process by which we develop and support our own thoughts and beliefs as well as evaluate the strength of arguments made by others in real-life situations. This course is designed to serve as the groundwork for more effective reasoning and cognitive skills. Students will examine theses, assumptions, evidence, and results from multiple frames of reference to prepare them for tackling all kinds of problems, including those important questions that do not have an easy and definitive answer, by using the best available method. Credit: 3 hours.
