Course Memo

Intercultural skills are increasingly necessary for every profession. The ability to communicate effectively within and across cultures in a diverse society is essential. This course will help students develop a critical understanding of communication across the dimensions of race, ethnicity, nationality, ability, gender, age and sexual orientation. Prerequisites: ENG 101 and a social science. Credit: 3 hours.
