NSG 620 Lean: Healthcare Quality Improvement
This course is designed to introduce the student to Lean: a systematic method for waste minimization without sacrificing productivity. Students will apply Lean principles as part of continuous performance improvement and addressing quality issues that impact health care delivery. Credit: 3 hours. This course is offered in an online format.
