Course Memo
This course focuses upon the concepts of nursing leadership and management essential to effectively lead individuals, groups and organizations. This course includes principles of group dynamics, organizational behavior, concepts of conflict management, change theory and basic management functions. Prerequisite: NSG300. Pre and/or Co-requisite: ENG 302. Credit: 3 hours. This course is offered in an online format.
