Course Memo

This course builds on the recognition that the patient or designee as the source of control and full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care. The focus is to provide the opportunity to collaborate with case managers, navigators, and the inter-professional team across the continuum of care. Prerequisites: NSG313, NSG410. Credit: 3 hours. This course is offered in an online format.
